Quebec Separatists may argue that Canadians have little common history, but Rick reveals that, in fact, the one thing they have shared has been a desire to leave! At one point or anther every part of Canada has wanted out.

Rick concludes that in fact, as the Gomery Inquiry proved, threatening to leave Canada is what makes Canada work. In the best country in the world, Separatism is the glue that keeps us all together.
