It’s 1997 and Mom Boucher (the leader of The Hells Angels in Quebec) believes he is the King. Boucher contends he is bigger than the law and he’s out to prove it. He draws up a hit-list of authority figures. The first to die will be Prison Guards. With the murders executed Boucher has created a new level of terror…the city lives in fear. Police have one chance to bring down Boucher, they must re-recruit an inside informant – Dany Kane. Police have worked with this Hells Angel before but while under their watch Kane was mixed up in a murder. It did not look good on the Police. But Kane is their only option. Can this perennial con-man make the difference and help police put Mom Boucher behind bars for good?
