Mondays at 10pm ET In the desolate northern territory of the Australian Outback lies a vast wilderness called Kakadu, roamed by the Aborigines for 40,000 years and bordered by three rivers: the East, West and South Alligator Rivers. This part of the Outback has attracted the most extreme of characters for centuries: in the 1800s bushrangers, English prisoners with the best survival skills, escaped from city prisons and made this part of the country their new stomping grounds. But it wasn't the escaped convicts that struck fear into the locals; it was and still is, the "Salties", the massive salt water crocodiles known as the biggest, baddest reptiles on the planet. This adrenaline filled series follows a team of charismatic Aussies, as they manage and cull this highly protected species. Brave hunters cull the predators during a legitimate annual hunting season. The truly daring help manage the population by capturing prized croc eggs, swooping down on nests from helicopters flown by bush pilots.
