Ted Finch brings more than 30 years of experience as an antiques buyer to his role as Head of Salvage for Priestly Demolition Inc. His unparalleled knowledge of history, manufacturing, construction, materials and more makes him a recognized leader in his field. Ted admits that while he may not know how everything works, he knows exactly what everything is worth. His fascination with old objects and learning the story behind them has branded him as a modern-day treasure hunter. When he isn’t on a salvage site, Ted is at The PDI National Salvage Yard selling the items he has salvaged, ensuring they have a new and purposeful future.
Justin Fortin is Ted’s right-hand man on the salvage team and a Foreman at Priestly Demolition Inc. Demonstrating a penchant for wrecking with machines since he was young, Justin eventually moved into the demolition world. Justin has been with Priestly Demolition for 19 years, bringing his skill and expertise to the demolition side of the business. Now, as part of the salvage team, he’s discovering the thrill of learning what lies behind the walls and in the hidden dark corners of buildings about to be torn down.
Ryan Priestly is the President of Priestly Demolition Inc. and son of company founder Vic Priestly. Since he was a child, Ryan demonstrated a strong inclination towards the family business, always wanting to be out on a machine and working with his dad. This commitment to the company helped him to become knowledgeable on all sides of the business and he is the driving force behind Priestly Demolition’s innovations in demolition techniques. Under Ryan’s leadership, Priestly Demolition Inc. has grown and made its mark as one of the largest and most respected demolition companies, winning the World Demolition Award in 2016.
Brandon Campeau has been working in the construction business for five years. He prides himself on being a hard worker who always sees the good in people and in any situation. His unyielding work ethic and enthusiasm are evident as one of the salvage team’s newest members. Brandon is thrilled to be working under Ted’s wing, learning all there is to know about salvaging and the historical value of the treasures they find.
Maya Raye is a Mom of two girls and a passionate salvager; she hasn’t bought anything new in years. As a trained carpenter, she brings valuable skills as an assistant to the salvage team. With a new salvage yard to get up and running, Maya is kept plenty busy receiving salvaged treasures from job sites, organizing the massive collection of unique finds and juggling buyers who pop in.
Ron Grogan began his career as a mechanic in Guyana and moved to Canada 14 years ago. He joins the Salvage Kings team to lend his skills and expertise in fixing all forms of machinery, from trucks to heavy machinery to generators. Getting his hands dirty trying to bring an old motor back to life brings him great joy.
